At Sleep Apnea Testing, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original garment bags and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
